Rufford Abbey Country Park

Want to learn how to fly a kite? Come along this weekend and watch some skilled kite fliers as they put some spectacular kites through their paces. There’ll be opportunity to talk to MKF members and gather some tips, and kites will be on sale from a stall. Have a go at making your own kite for a small charge of £2.00. N.B. Flying is weather dependent.

 

 

Broom dances, bacca pipe dances, sword dances and more! Rattlejag are a mixed Morris side, based in Retford, Nottinghamshire, who aim to revive and develop our local folk dance tradition. They are accompanied by Retford based clog dancers Dukes Dandy.
